1、INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING FORWARDING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Shipping Process
1) Register a VSPEED account to obtain the warehouse address, and set the warehouse address as the delivery address
2) When we receive the package, we will send you an email/WeChat reminder. Multiple packages in the warehouse will be combined to generate a waybill. Once you pay for your order, international shipping can begin.
2、Service Area
1) After the package is put into storage, weight measurement, volume and picture of the outer packaging of the package will be taken.
2)Gather multiple parcels, pack them and load them out of the warehouse.
3) Provide specific inventory and professional quality inspection services. If you need to verify the quantity, color, size and other information of the goods, please contact customer service to learn about the charges.
4) Parcels are commonly packaged in cartons and woven bags for free, and waterproof films, wooden frames, and bubble wrap are provided for a fee.
5) It is free to modify the address before the package is shipped out of the warehouse. There will be a fee to modify the address after the package is shipped out of the warehouse.
6) If the package has not left the warehouse, it can be shipped by sea or air.
3、Logistics risk
Packages are carried by third-party logistics providers, which are subject to customs policy restrictions and may involve logistics risks, which need to be evaluated and borne by yourself.
The international shipping process is long and has many links. Customs and local delivery varies in different countries. Due to the complexity of international logistics, there is a certain probability of unexpected situations:
When special circumstances occur, they do not fall within the estimated time limit, as follows:
1. The port is congested, great amount of time taken due to large ships offloading containers, customs routinely open containers for inspection, and customs clearance is slow;
2. Delivery is slow in remote areas and delivery is slow when the destination warehouse is full of goods;
3. Customs clearance and delivery are slow before and after holidays;
4. The impact of severe weather such as typhoons and floods;
5. Flight delays, flight shortages and other force majeure factors delay timeliness
4、Compensation Scope
Compensation for loss during transportation, according to international express delivery compensation practices, the compensation amount is subject to parties’ negotiations and mutual approval, regardless the actual value of the goods
There is no compensation for damage to goods caused by transportation damage or natural disasters. You must make your own assessment and bear the risk of transportation damage. All goods need to be reinforced and packaged by contacting the merchant before shipment. Reinforcement methods include wooden frames, cartons and bubble wrap, etc.
If the merchant does not have reinforced transportation, he or she can wait until the package arrives and notify the warehouse to reinforce the packaging.
5、Transportation Insurance
For high-value goods, please contact customer service to purchase insurance. For details, please contact customer service.
If the goods are lost by purchasing insurance, the full value of the goods will be compensated.
Customs inspection, false declaration, confiscation and no guarantee will be given by the Company.
Please pack fragile items properly. Normal transportation damage is not covered by insurance.
6、Compensation Details
According to the airline's compensation regulations, freight and goods are not subject to compensation, that is, freight is not compensated.
If the package is lost, please contact our relevant business within 24 hours after receiving the package.
Our company will take up to 3 working days to investigate the package.
Due to consultation and investigation through multiple channels, including international airlines, customs clearance departments, delivery companies, etc., please wait patiently for the results of our investigation application.
Once the loss is confirmed, our company will immediately process and apply for compensation. It takes 3 working days to apply for compensation. The financial department will process the compensation and transfer the compensation subject to parties’ negotiations and approval.
Other transportation precautions: If the value of the goods is falsely declared, resulting in confiscation by customs, fines or compensation issues, the customer will be solely responsible for the losses incurred.
If the customer chooses the general air freight channel for sensitive goods by mistake and the package is returned, the customer will need to pay the sensitivity fee before re-shipping. At the same time, in this case, the goods may be confiscated by customs and the customer will be responsible for it.
If a customer conceals and falsely declares contraband items for shipment, such as drugs, flammable and explosive materials, etc., all legal liability and claim, includes but not limited to civil and criminal liability shall be borne and indemnified by the customer.
7、Compensation details
According to the airline's compensation regulations, freight is not subject to compensation, that is, freight is not compensated.
If the package is lost, please contact our relevant business within 24 hours after receiving the package. Our company will take up to 3 working days to investigate the package.

8、Compensation For Lost Items
If the goods are lost during transportation, according to international express delivery compensation practices, the compensation will be bound by company official approval.

9、Missing Package Problem
According to the waybill, if the package is missing after receipt, please contact customer service within 48 hours and attach a photo of the entire waybill weighing information.
And provide package weighing information and packaging photos after signing. Since it is necessary to investigate whether it was left in the warehouse or stolen by a third party, it generally takes 7 working days to investigate.
If missing items are found, the package will be re-sent to the user. If it is found lost, no compensation will be based on the value of the purchase voucher of the package, with a maximum compensation of RM 250 subject to negotiations and company official approval.
10、Lost In Transit
If the package is lost while in transit due to the shipping company. Please contact customer service within 48 hours after discovering the issue.
If missing items are found, the package will be re-sent to the user. If it is found lost, compensation will be based on the company’s agreement and approval
If the package is lost, our company will need up to 15 working days to investigate the package, because it has gone through many departments such as: international aviation, multi-national customs clearance authorities, local delivery departments.
Therefore, the investigation time will be longer. It takes up to 7 working days to apply for compensation. The financial department will compensate and transfer the compensation amount on Friday every week subject to parties’ negotiations and approval.
11、Package swapped/delivered to wrong address
If the shipping company switches the package or delivers it to the wrong address, we will be responsible for picking up the package and delivering it to the correct address.
Since the incidence is extremely low, no compensation will be given, but we will recover the wrongly delivered package and deliver it to the correct address. All costs are borne by us.
12、Shipping delay
Generally, the package will be sent out within the same day after payment of the waybill. If the payment time is after 7pm, it will be sent the next day. Delayed shipments caused by non-working days and holidays will not be considered as delayed in shipments.
We are responsible for supervising the delivery of parcels, such as: strict customs clearance, busy flights, peak express periods, weather/natural disasters or peak shopping periods. If any third party or force majeure occurs that causes the shipment to be delayed, we will notify the user as soon as possible.
If the waybill has not been packed for more than 3 days, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Unpacked waybills are not included in the compensation terms for packages that have been packed but not shipped.
13、Waybill modification
If the waybill requested by the user is modified, we will need 1 working day of processing time. The user needs to contact customer service to notify the modification details, and a modification fee of RM 3.00 will be charged.
Delayed shipment caused by modifying the waybill will not be regarded as delayed shipment. We will notify the user after processing the modified order. Only after receiving the notification can the calculation of shipping days be officially started.
14、Using incorrect transportation pipelines will delay customs clearance
If sensitive items use general cargo transportation channels and the package cannot be cleared/fastened/confiscated, the user will need to bear relatively sensitive fees to clear customs.
Items cannot be retrieved if confiscated. We are not responsible for any customs clearance problems and costs caused by using incorrect transportation pipelines. If the item is confiscated, we bear no responsibility and no shipping fee will be refunded.

As a service platform, VSPEED integrates third-party international logistics providers to provide you with package delivery services.
However, we do not bear risks caused by uncontrollable factors in customs policies and cross-border logistics, such as natural disasters, confiscations, transportation damage, and delivery delays during peak periods.
VSPEED will assist you in risk estimation and reduce the probability of loss by providing timely risk reminders and continuously improving logistics insurance and other measures.
When special circumstances occur, we will assist you and try our best to urge the delivery party to arrange for the goods to be delivered to you.
International transportation takes a long time and covers long distances. During transportation, even if the outer packaging is safe and reliable, items will inevitably be damaged in some circumstances.
Insurance can be purchased for goods with high value. Insurance cannot be purchased for fragile items (such as glass, acrylic, synthetic wood, plastic, etc.). The insurance only covers loss of goods, but not transportation damage.
15、Strict Limitation of Service Provider’s Liability
We as the service provider is hereby limited to the compensation stated in this notice and shall not exceed what is agreed and stipulated herein. We bear no consequential loss, opportunity costs, any third parties claim or liability result as such and reimbursement should the delivery do not complete.
16、Changes and modification of Notice and Company policy
We hold all the rights and discretion to make changes and modification to the notice herein without notice given to you from time to time.
17、Waiver of Right by the Company
A waiver of our rights under this notice is only effective if it is in writing issued by the Company officially, and it applies only to a customer to whom the waiver is addressed and the circumstances for which it is given. No waiver shall be implied by taking or failing to take any other action.
18、Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
Warm reminder: All tax-packaged customs clearance channels do not cover customs inspection.
If your package has strict time requirements, such as for urgent supplies, travel, events, weddings, etc., do not completely trust the estimated timeliness of the logistics and reserve as much time as possible.
